Partnerships Manager

About the role

The Partnerships Manager will support the Senior Manager in expanding Landmark Group's loyalty, gift‑card and payments partnerships across the GCC. Based in Dubai, the role combines partner coordination, campaign execution and operational support to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Retain and grow relationships with partners across loyalty, gift cards, payments and e‑commerce sectors.
• Identify and approach new partners while supporting the expansion of existing accounts.
• Coordinate tactical campaigns, offers and promotions with internal teams and partners.
• Act as liaison between Landmark brands, partners and third‑party vendors to ensure smooth execution of loyalty benefits.
• Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, preparing data and insights for quarterly business reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in account management, client services, partnerships or business development, preferably in retail, loyalty, gift cards, e‑commerce or payments.
• Strong organisational, relationship‑building and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
