Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead all commercial functions within our construction business in Dubai. The CCO will shape and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion while ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement company‑wide commercial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion initiatives.
• Lead business development, identify new opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Oversee tendering, estimation, proposal development and competitive pricing.
• Lead contract negotiation, administration, risk assessment and dispute resolution.
• Monitor project margins, cash flow, forecasting and overall financial performance.
• Develop procurement strategies, manage supplier and subcontractor relationships.
• Build and lead high‑performing commercial teams and collaborate with operations, engineering and finance.
• Present commercial performance updates to executive leadership and board members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in construction, contracting, infrastructure or engineering sectors.
• Proven track record of commercial leadership and delivering profitable growth.
