Chief Financial Officer – EMEA & APAC

About the role

LHH Middle East is leading the search for a Chief Financial Officer who will oversee finance across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia Pacific, providing both strategic and operational financial leadership. The client is a mobility or distribution-led business with genuine multi-region experience, and the search is open to finance leaders with proven multi-region experience.

Required profile

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) with an MBA or equivalent postgraduate business qualification.
• Proven record of establishing or transforming finance functions in new or developing markets.
• Experience of ERP implementation, process standardisation and finance transformation.
• Ability to lead, develop and motivate remote, multicultural teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the international markets.

Required skills

• Strong command of IFRS, financial controls, governance and multi-country tax and statutory requirements.
• Commercial acumen and the credibility to influence senior stakeholders and market leadership.
