The office manages a diversified portfolio of investments, entities and business interests across many international jurisdictions. - Evaluate and improve technology platforms, reporting tools and information systems, and set up policies, procedures and knowledge management practices.
- Manage relationships with service providers and external advisors, and oversee complex cross-functional projects such as financial structuring, technology implementation and organisational development.
- Translate the CEO's priorities into workstreams with deliverables, timelines and reporting, and coordinate stakeholders across finance, legal, tax and banking matters.
- Support transaction activities including financial due diligence, liquidity assessment and financing arrangements.
- Lead financial management: reporting, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, controls and consolidated reporting, acting as a strategic business partner to the CEO.
- Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, credit facilities and debt covenants, and optimise the balance sheet and capital structure.
- Establish governance, internal controls, approval processes and risk management, and monitor regulatory, compliance and tax obligations across jurisdictions.
- Develop and support the finance and operations team, and own finance topics presented to governance committees.
Required profile
- Accomplished senior finance, operations or strategic leadership professional with 15+ years of progressive experience in sophisticated financial, investment, advisory or privately held businesses.
- Experience building or transforming operating models, systems, processes, reporting frameworks and internal teams.

- Strong foundation in corporate finance, financial reporting, treasury and liquidity management, and capital structuring.
