Chief Marketing Officer (AI‑Native / MarTech)

About the role

UMO is building an AI‑powered, unified money platform that spans fiat, crypto and investments. As Chief Marketing Officer you will transform marketing into a real‑time decision layer, integrating growth, data and product‑led strategies to acquire and retain users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement an intent‑detection and decision engine that reacts to user state in real time.
• Build the first‑party data architecture, including CDP, data layer, event tracking and clean rooms.
• Define end‑to‑end customer journeys, moving from segment‑based to behavior‑driven personalization.
• Lead go‑to‑market strategies for new products and markets, focusing on LTV, engagement and value delivery.
• Shape UMO’s brand positioning as an AI‑native financial assistant while ensuring compliance with GDPR, advertising standards and consent frameworks.
• Establish real‑time analytics to measure intent accuracy, conversions, retention and value.
• Lead Growth, Data, Marketing and CRM teams and collaborate closely with Product, Tech, AI, Risk and Compliance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of senior marketing or growth leadership in high‑growth fintech, tech or data‑driven environments.
• Proven experience building first‑party data strategies, CDPs and AI‑driven decision engines.
• Deep knowledge of product‑led growth, regulated environments and GDPR compliance.
• Strong autonomous execution mindset with end‑to‑end ownership of market entry and LTV metrics.
• Fluent English communication and ability to lead global, cross‑functional teams.
