Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Oil & Gas / Industrial Group

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer will report directly to the Founder and Board, overseeing all operational and commercial activities across the Group’s regional footprint. This senior executive position is responsible for driving profitable growth, operational excellence, and strong customer engagement within the oil & gas and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing, fabrication, chemicals, trading, contracting and aftermarket service operations across multiple countries.
• Drive operational performance, profitability, working capital management and project execution.
• Act as senior executive interface with NOCs, IOCs, EPC contractors and key industry stakeholders.
• Oversee tendering, pre‑qualification, vendor registration and technical audit activities.
• Manage strategic OEM, agency and distribution partner relationships.
• Build, develop and lead high‑performing regional teams.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience in oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, EPC, oilfield services or related sectors.
• Proven P&L responsibility at senior executive level.
• Strong track record working with NOCs, IOCs and major EPC contractors across the GCC.
• Experience managing complex multi‑country operations.
• Established industry relationships and strong commercial acumen.
