About the role

The Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) will shape and execute Awais Marketing Service’s growth and marketing roadmap. Working remotely, the CSO partners with leadership to translate market insights into actionable strategies that drive lead generation, paid‑advertising performance, and AI‑enabled automation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Develop and oversee strategic plans for paid advertising, lead generation, and automation initiatives.
• Set performance targets, monitor key metrics, and adjust tactics to maximise ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution of campaigns.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of data‑driven decision‑making.
• Represent the company in high‑level client and stakeholder discussions and build strategic partnerships.

Required profile

• Proven ability to design and lead comprehensive digital‑marketing and growth strategies.
• Strong background in market research, data analysis, and performance measurement.
• Experience in lead generation, funnel design, and campaign optimisation for SMBs.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional collaboration in a remote setting.
