Children's Coordinator

About the role

The Children’s Coordinator at Sofitel Dubai The Palm will deliver friendly, professional service to young guests, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience in the Kids Club. This role involves planning activities, supervising children, and supporting the Kids Club team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and plan daily activities, birthday parties, and special events for the Kids Club.
• Create arts and crafts projects, design wall and window artwork, and develop seasonal programs such as summer camps, Halloween and Christmas events.
• Train new colleagues on Kids Club operations and ensure teamwork for high guest satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory of arts‑and‑craft supplies and report shortages.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to procedures throughout the Kids Club area.
• Report incidents, guest comments, and feedback to the Kids Club supervisor.
