About the role
A well-established company in the civil construction sector is looking for a skilled Civil Foreman to supervise and control all on-site civil works, ensuring that construction activities meet safety, quality and progress standards. The position is based in Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise civil works including excavation, foundations, concrete and structural components.
- Allocate work to labour teams and monitor workmanship.
- Report daily activities, manpower and progress to the Site Supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures.
- Maintain effective communication between site teams and engineers.
Required profile
- 10+ years of UAE/GCC civil foreman experience.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and site operations.
- Ability to lead labour teams efficiently.
