Civil Project Manager – 10+ Years Experience (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee all phases from planning and design coordination to execution, monitoring, and handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for multi‑story buildings and civil infrastructure.
• Coordinate design teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor progress, control costs, and optimise resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai/UAE regulatory standards, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures.
• Prepare and obtain necessary approvals and certifications, including G+Unlimited from Dubai Municipality.
• Deliver completed projects to clients with full documentation and handover packages.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing civil engineering projects in Dubai.
• Proven track record of successfully completing and handing over at least 3–4 large projects.
• Strong knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and permitting processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
