Senior Project Manager

About the role

Blue Rhine Industries is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale, high‑value projects across the GCC. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, commissioning and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of multi‑sector projects, aligning with contractual, quality, commercial and HSE requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams throughout the project.
• Develop and control detailed schedules, budgets, manpower plans, procurement timelines and milestone deliverables.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, design, site execution and commissioning teams for seamless delivery.
• Conduct project review meetings, client presentations and progress reporting.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, regulatory and health & safety policies.
• Oversee contract administration, variation management, claims and final handover documentation.
• Monitor financial performance, resource utilization and operational efficiency to maximise profitability.
• Build long‑term client relationships and support senior management with strategic planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related field.
• 7‑15 years of progressive project management experience in construction, MEP, interior fit‑out, AV systems or infrastructure.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, high‑value projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.
