Civil Project Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

A leading organization in the construction and infrastructure industry is seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee the full project lifecycle, from excavation to final handover. The role calls for strong technical understanding, leadership ability and close coordination with MEP, structural and architectural teams. The position is based in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all civil construction activities from initial excavation to project handover.
• Oversee planning, execution, quality control and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural and architectural teams for seamless project integration.
• Ensure compliance with ADM, DM, Civil Defense and all relevant UAE engineering standards.
• Drive adherence to project schedules, cost controls and safety standards.
• Present project updates and reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Arab nationality (Levant preferred).
• Strong leadership in large-scale civil projects.
• Excellent knowledge of UAE standards, authority approvals and regulatory processes.
• Ability to manage complex construction workflows and resolve site challenges effectively.
