About the role
The Civil Site Engineer will supervise and coordinate on‑site civil construction activities in Dubai, ensuring works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, schedules and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil works such as excavation, concreting, masonry and finishing, allocating tasks to foremen and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, ITPs and inspection requirements, conducting site inspections and coordinating approvals.
- Coordinate with planning, procurement and logistics teams to secure material and manpower, and prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
- Maintain HSE compliance, identify hazards, implement preventive measures and report incidents.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4‑6 years of experience in civil construction projects.
- Familiarity with local construction codes and standards.
Required skills
- Civil construction supervision.
- Reading and interpretation of drawings.
- Quality control and inspections.
- Site planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
