Claims Processing Agent

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Claims Processing Agent to join Nextcare in Dubai. The role involves evaluating and processing insurance claims efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Operate within company service standards to guarantee customer satisfaction and retention.
• Review and handle claims according to established procedures.
• Support team productivity goals and meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Provide accurate, professional responses to client inquiries and collaborate with other departments for prompt resolution.
• Participate in medical training to enhance understanding of terminology and claims processing.
• Adapt to various claims‑handling tasks and maintain high‑quality performance standards.
• Assist the Team Leader in driving team engagement.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical, paramedical, finance, business administration, insurance or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years experience in a customer‑focused environment, preferably in clinical, paramedical, TPA or insurance roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and adhere to service standards.
• Legally permitted to work in the United Arab Emirates.
