Client Advisor - Off Plan & Secondary

About the role

VIP Brokerage, a top‑10 Abu Dhabi real estate brokerage, is expanding its sales team. The Client Advisor will focus on the Abu Dhabi secondary/resale market, working with qualified buyers, sellers, investors and property owners. You will receive leads, inventory and support to help you close more deals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage qualified buyer and seller leads provided by the company.
• Advise clients on Abu Dhabi residential properties and investment opportunities.
• Handle secondary market and resale property transactions from enquiry to closing.
• Build relationships with buyers, sellers, investors and property owners.
• Conduct property viewings, client meetings and presentations.
• Generate offers, negotiate terms and work toward successful closing.
• Maintain accurate client, activity and transaction records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE real estate sales experience with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market, especially secondary/resale sales.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, communication and closing abilities.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and commercially focused.
• Ability to manage buyers, sellers, investors and property owners professionally.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
