About the role

Amlak One Real Estate is seeking motivated Sales & Leasing Agents to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of the UAE property market, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of building client relationships and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new leads through various channels.
• Manage relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable options to clients.
• Handle the end‑to‑end sales and leasing process, from offer negotiation to transaction closure.
• Maintain accurate client and property data in the CRM system.
• Consistently follow up with leads and existing clients.
• Stay informed about Abu Dhabi market trends, communities, and new projects.
• Build and nurture a strong network of industry contacts.
• Achieve individual sales and leasing targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the UAE real estate sector.
• Previous experience in property sales or leasing, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possession of a UAE visa is an advantage.
