About the role

Join Chanel’s Client Care team in Dubai for a six‑month mission focused on delivering a premium, omni‑channel luxury experience. As the first point of contact, you will handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email, ensuring each interaction reflects Chanel’s standards of quality, trust and empathy.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to client queries across phone, WhatsApp and email, managing cases independently.
• Provide product and service information, guiding clients through Chanel’s heritage and collections.
• Resolve issues promptly in line with company policies, escalating complex cases to senior advisors when needed.
• Collaborate with boutique staff and internal functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Build long‑term relationships by delivering personalized, memorable experiences.
