Client Executive, General Lines – Assistant Vice President

About the role

Marsh UAE is looking for a driven Client Executive to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver tailored risk and insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and support strategic discussions.
• Manage a portfolio of mid‑ and upper‑corporate clients across multiple industries, overseeing risk management programmes and renewal planning.
• Contribute to revenue growth targets, identify cross‑sell opportunities and support budgeting and forecasting.

Required profile

• University degree with 6–8 years of insurance experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience in large corporate general lines insurance; UAE market experience is an advantage.
• Arabic language skills are preferred.

Required skills

• Sales, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Consultative mindset with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
