Client Executive – IT Recruitment (Dubai)

About the role

As a Client Executive at Halian, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of IT recruitment solutions for a portfolio of clients in Dubai. You will act as the primary liaison, building long‑term partnerships while ensuring high‑quality talent placement across contract assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their hiring needs and identifying growth opportunities.
• Source, interview, assess and place IT professionals on contract assignments, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
• Develop targeted sourcing and headhunting strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of contractors through proactive networking and relationship management.
• Manage the full candidate and contractor lifecycle, from first contact through onboarding and placement.
• Negotiate rates, terms and contracts to achieve profitable outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to inform hiring strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, compliance and timely project starts.
• Ensure all activities comply with company standards, contractual obligations and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably within IT, technology or digital markets.
• Proven knowledge of the IT market and experience recruiting technical roles.
• Strong communication skills, confident and professional with both candidates and clients.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Results‑driven, commercially aware and motivated by achieving targets.
• Comfortable handling multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
