Client Experience Officer

About the role

Mediclinic Airport Road Hospital in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Client Experience Officer to oversee, manage and monitor the overall patient and client experience, including coordinating client relations services for the business unit. The closing date is 09/11/2026.

Key responsibilities

• Attend to all patient queries about the health packages offered and promote relevant services to clients
• Monitor and oversee the patient journey experience for VIP and international visiting patients
• Manage all administrative matters related to complaints
• Carry out daily patient rounds to monitor and manage patient satisfaction

Required profile

• A relevant Bachelor's degree or diploma from an accredited institution
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a customer service setting in healthcare
• Preference will be given to designated groups under the UAE Emiratization program; all applicants are considered

Required skills

• Knowledge of financial management principles
• Medical terminology
• Verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Understanding of patient administration service delivery processes
