Client Relations Officer - TPA Consultant

About the role

IFZA Dubai is hiring a Client Relations Officer (TPA Consultant) to obtain information on third-party approvals for specific business activities. The role involves liaising with governmental entities and local authorities and making sure accurate information reaches the relevant teams, partners and clients. It also includes helping to obtain third-party approvals when appropriate.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clients and professional partners with license-related information in line with organisational time-frames and guidelines
• Issue quotes and provide license-related documentation to clients and partners
• Monitor and update the CRM system regularly while managing a portfolio of work
• Analyse documents such as passports, application forms and resolutions accurately
• Respond to partners' and clients' emails and queries across a range of scenarios
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain IFZA's reputation and integrity
• Foster long-lasting business relationships with clients and partners
• Handle complaints and find solutions that retain clients
• Work closely with the sales, finance and renewals departments

Required profile

• Full Arabic and English proficiency; additional spoken languages are a plus
• Intermediate computer literacy, e.g. MS Office
• Excellent customer service skills and effective communication by phone, email and occasionally face to face
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of licensing, business activities and governmental processes is advantageous but not mandatory
• Experience in customer service, client relationship management, B2B or channel partner roles is advantageous
