Client Relationship Executive (Telesales)

About the role

We are seeking energetic freshers to join our real‑estate brokerage team as Client Relationship Executives. In this telesales position you will connect with potential clients over the phone, promote property listings and work closely with the sales team to close deals.

Key responsibilities

• Call potential clients from provided leads, making 150–200 outbound calls daily.
• Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities for property viewings or consultations.
• Promote property listings, explain features and benefits, and engage clients to build strong relationships.
• Negotiate and close deals in coordination with the sales team to meet targets.
• Update and manage client information in the Salesforce CRM, tracking call outcomes and follow‑up schedules.
• Stay informed about market trends, property pricing, and competition.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable with high‑volume calling.
• Flexible with shift schedules; multilingual candidates are preferred.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
