Client Relationship Management Analyst – Trade Credit Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, relationship‑oriented Analyst to join our Trade Credit Insurance practice in Dubai. You will support client portfolio management, interact with insurers and underwriters, and develop your own client base as you gain experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of an existing client portfolio.
• Assist with operational processes such as revenue booking, quote comparisons, claims handling and risk information requests.
• Prepare client documentation, reports and presentations.
• Communicate with clients, insurers and underwriters to build effective market relationships.
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand client needs and deliver high‑quality support.
• Participate in client, insurer and team meetings and events.
• Learn and use the team’s systems, digital tools and AI‑enabled solutions.
• Gradually take ownership of your own client portfolio.

Required profile

• UAE national currently based in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant professional experience or internship involving client interaction, relationship management or business support is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in commercial relationships.
• Proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
• Ability to take ownership and work collaboratively within a team.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Confidence in learning new systems and digital tools.
