Client Relationship Manager – Staffing & Recruitment

About the role

We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to act as the primary liaison for our IT staffing clients in the United Arab Emirates. You will partner with recruitment teams to deliver qualified candidates and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned IT staffing clients, understanding their hiring needs, workforce plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to source and present qualified candidates for contract, permanent and project‑based roles.
• Manage the full client engagement cycle, from requirement intake through interviews, offers and closures.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring SLA adherence and client satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities, negotiate contracts and extensions, and track client feedback and market trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment account management.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise or mid‑size client accounts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling SLAs, KPIs and client escalations.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies and hiring models (contract, permanent, project‑based).
