Client Services Ambassador - Inpatient

About the role

Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai is hiring a Client Services Ambassador for its inpatient department. The main purpose of the role is to improve the overall quality of patient care by efficiently performing all aspects of the patient administrator role.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process effectively and efficiently
• Manage the medical insurance process and other related tasks
• Manage the billing and cash up process
• Consistently meet customer service expectations by improving the quality of patient service

Required profile

• Completed secondary school education (Grade 12)
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer services role, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Preferred: tertiary diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in medical science, finance or accounting
• Preferred: contact centre or healthcare environment experience

Required skills

• Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
• CRM software applications
• Hospital information systems
• Knowledge of company policies and emergency codes
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and processes
• Numerical literacy and knowledge of patient scheduling and registration processes
