IVF Laboratory Clerk

About the role

The IVF Laboratory Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the IVF Laboratory team at Mediclinic in Bourn Hall, Abu Dhabi. The role manages records, coordinates patient documentation and ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of laboratory data, supporting embryologists and lab staff with timely documentation, data entry and communication tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient records and documentation
• Enter data and update laboratory systems
• Provide clerical support to laboratory staff
• Support coordination and scheduling
• Ensure compliance and confidentiality of sensitive information

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in healthcare administration or medical office management is preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in healthcare administrative support or a clerical role
• Experience with data entry, file management and confidential medical records
• Previous experience in an IVF or laboratory environment is highly desirable
• Experience with patient scheduling and lab record systems is an advantage
