Client Services Ambassador - Inpatient

About the role

Mediclinic Parkview Hospital in Dubai is looking for a Client Services Ambassador (Inpatient) to improve the overall quality of patient care by efficiently performing all aspects of the patient administrator role. The position is full-time, based at the hospital, and the closing date is 29 October 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the patient appointment scheduling and registration process effectively and efficiently
• Manage the medical insurance process and related tasks
• Manage the billing and cash-up process
• Meet customer service expectations by improving the quality of patient service

Required profile

• Completed secondary school education (Grade 12); a tertiary diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in medical science, finance or accounting, is desired
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer services role, preferably in healthcare; contact centre or healthcare experience is desired
• Preference will be given to designated groups under the UAE Emiratization program

Required skills

• Computer literacy and MS Office
• CRM software and hospital information systems
• Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and processes, and medical terminology and procedures
• Numerical literacy and knowledge of patient scheduling and registration processes
