Client Solutions Internship – Dubai, February 2027

About the role

FactSet, a global provider of financial data, analytics and software solutions for investment professionals, runs a 20-week paid internship (February to July) in Dubai. The Client Solutions Internship Program introduces interns to FactSet's solutions, clients, industry and several teams within its client-facing and sales organization. After a comprehensive training, interns contribute to clients by supporting account teams, engaging clients by phone or in person, and developing creative solutions to client challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Shadow account teams to learn about client-facing groups, client types and the service model
• Assist account teams with client projects, new user trainings and strategic initiatives
• Observe Global Sales and Client Solutions professionals delivering support by phone and through on-site client visits
• Build knowledge of the client base and financial markets through learning activities, mock demos and client interactions
• Complete large-scale independent projects and present findings to senior management

Required profile

• Final-year Master's students or recent graduates
• Strong interest in finance and/or FinTech
• Client-centric mindset and willingness to collaborate across teams
• Experience or desire to be client facing in a support role

• Ability to build relationships and work on teams
• Quick learner of new technology
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
