Client Support Executive (French Speaker)

About the role

The Client Support Executive will be based in Dubai and will serve French‑speaking clients across our real‑estate and corporate services portfolio. You will ensure a high‑quality customer experience by addressing client inquiries, managing accounts and delivering tailored support that drives satisfaction and loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client communications in French and English, responding promptly to inquiries.
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with assigned accounts.
• Provide consultation services and identify client challenges to propose appropriate solutions.
• Support sales initiatives by spotting business opportunities and assisting with solution design.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in account management and client relationship building.
• Knowledge of sales processes and ability to identify business opportunities.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Prior exposure to real‑estate or corporate services is a plus.
