About the role

The Clinic Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to physician clinics, enabling nursing and medical staff to focus on delivering quality clinical care.

Key responsibilities

Provide administration support to clinic physicians.
Handle patient administration in the outpatient setting.
Maintain sufficient clinical and non‑clinical stock and control.
Promote patient satisfaction actively.
Ensure medical insurance information of patients is up to date and accurate.

Required profile

High School Diploma or equivalent (essential).
At least 1 year of administrative experience in a healthcare setting (essential).
Secretarial Diploma (desired).

Required skills

Basic medical terminology.
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
Knowledge of patient care support procedures.
Understanding of insurance claim procedures.
Stock control principles and management.
Verbal and written communication skills in English.
