About the role

Mediclinic Al Jowhara Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to work in the Operating Theatre, delivering patient‑centric, evidence‑based care in a fast‑paced surgical environment.

Key responsibilities

Provide high‑quality patient care in collaboration with the multi‑professional team, adhering to clinical standards and legislation.
Identify, prevent and manage risks to ensure patient safety in line with clinical risk policies.
Support positive patient experiences and contribute to a learning environment by mentoring and coaching junior staff.

Required profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing with a valid BLS and ACLS certificate.
Minimum two years of nursing experience in the home country; three years recent experience as a main scrub nurse in a hospital theatre preferred.
Basic Arabic language skills and fluent English communication.

Required skills

Comprehensive knowledge of patient safety standards.
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
