Clinic Coordinator (Arabic-speaking)

About the role

Royal Health Al Salam Specialized Hospital in Abu Dhabi is looking for a male Clinic Coordinator to coordinate day-to-day clinical operations. The role ensures effective patient flow, supports healthcare professionals and maintains high standards of patient care, safety and regulatory compliance. It sits within Clinical Operations / Nursing / Medical Services and reports to the Clinical Manager, Director of Nursing or Medical Director.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily clinical activities and monitor patient appointments, admissions, transfers, procedures and follow-ups
• Coordinate communication between physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, patients and administrative teams
• Ensure appropriate staffing and allocation of clinical resources, and resolve delays and scheduling issues
• Support physicians and clinical staff in consultations, investigations, procedures and treatment plans
• Keep clinical documentation, patient records and reports complete, accurate and up to date
• Monitor compliance with clinical policies, infection prevention standards and patient safety requirements
• Assist with quality improvement initiatives, incident reporting and corrective actions
• Coordinate multidisciplinary meetings and case discussions, and help with staff orientation and training
• Monitor clinical supplies and equipment, and prepare activity reports, audits and performance reports
• Take part in internal audits, accreditation activities and regulatory inspections, and maintain patient confidentiality

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Allied Health or a related clinical discipline
• Valid professional license or registration where applicable
• Relevant experience in a hospital, clinic or healthcare organization; previous clinical coordination, nursing, healthcare operations or supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare quality standards, patient safety, infection control and clinical documentation

• Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare information systems
• Strong clinical and organizational skills, with good time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work calmly and effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
