Clinical Consultant – Healthcare IT

About the role

Join Oracle Health's International Consulting team as a Staff Clinical Consultant, combining clinical expertise with technology to improve care delivery and clinician experience across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Assess current clinical workflows, facilitate workshops, and document requirements, gaps, and future workflows.
• Translate clinical requirements into solution recommendations and support configuration decisions.
• Support clinical validation, user acceptance testing, document defects, and escalate patient safety risks.
• Prepare workflow guidance, clinician training, change readiness, go‑live, and stabilization activities.
• Deliver workstreams against scope and milestones, communicating progress, dependencies, and risks.
• Measure adoption and workflow outcomes, recommend improvements, and share reusable practices.

Required profile

• Degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Clinical Studies, Informatics, Healthcare or related field.
• Relevant certification for the clinical area of focus.
• At least 1 year of licensed healthcare practice, clinical consulting, or HCIT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience in HCIT consulting, support, or client‑facing solution roles.
• Willingness to be based in or relocate to the UAE, travel to client sites, and work irregular hours as needed.

Required skills

• Oracle Health Millennium (Cerner) implementation or optimization experience.
• Knowledge of clinical documentation, CPOE, medication management, and integrated care workflows.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement, change management, and data‑informed workflow improvement.
• Familiarity with clinical terminology, interoperability, and information governance.
