Clinical Healthcare Expert & Mentor (Remote Freelance)

About the role

We are seeking licensed or experienced healthcare professionals residing in the UAE to act as Expert‑in‑the‑Loop mentors for doctors, nurses, dentists and allied health staff. The role is remote, flexible and designed to complement your existing clinical practice.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1‑on‑1 virtual career and pathway mentorship sessions, helping candidates map clinical, postgraduate, fellowship or non‑clinical career blueprints.
• Provide practical guidance on UAE licensing (DOH, DHA, MOHAP) and international exam pathways such as USMLE, PLAB, MRCP, AMC, NEET PG and equivalent nursing routes.
• Review, refine and validate AI‑generated career roadmaps and licensing decision trees on the platform.
• Assist candidates with CV structuring, portfolio building and interview preparation.
• Optionally host live webinars, specialty spotlights or cohort masterclasses for healthcare trainees.

Required profile

• Recognised qualification in Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Pharmacy or Allied Health Sciences.
• First‑hand experience navigating UAE licensing or international postgraduate exams and migration pathways.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Tagalog) are a strong plus.
• Valid UAE residence visa.

Required skills

• Comfortable using digital dashboards, video‑conferencing tools and AI‑assisted advisory workflows.
