About the role
The Club Agent delivers memorable and unique guest experiences throughout their stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal, ensuring smooth check‑in, check‑out and personalized service.
Key responsibilities
- Process operational needs, address guest requests, and complete reports to enhance the guest journey.
- Provide local area highlights and recommendations, creating a personalized experience.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold professional appearance and communication standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
