Cluster Booking & Event Center Executive

About the role

The Cluster Booking & Event Center Executive supports the Sales & Marketing team at Four Points by Sheraton on Sheikh Zayed Road. This full‑time position handles guest reservations, resolves inquiries, and promotes brand loyalty while ensuring a seamless booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received via phone, fax, or mail.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into the appropriate system and handle points redemption.
• Use sales techniques to maximize revenue, including up‑selling and offering complimentary gifts.
• Answer guest calls, record requests, and address concerns with professional etiquette.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing to support Sales & Marketing.
• Assist management in training and motivating staff, serving as a role model.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience in hospitality or sales.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
