Cluster Chief Engineer

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Cluster Chief Engineer you will oversee building and systems maintenance while delivering memorable guest experiences across Hilton hotels in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing engineering team, handling recruitment, training, performance evaluations and mentorship.
• Oversee maintenance of the physical building, mechanical, electrical, HVAC and life‑safety systems, ensuring compliance with national and local regulations.
• Manage daily maintenance operations, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely resolution of service requests, guest concerns and emergencies.
• Support capital projects and property improvements, coordinating budgeting, contractor bidding, licensing and permitting.
• Drive energy‑efficiency initiatives and monitor departmental KPIs to improve performance and reduce utility costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years leadership experience in international hotel chains.
• Strong leadership and team‑motivation skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial management and cost control.
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
