Cluster Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Accor Plus is looking for a Cluster Digital Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of digital marketing and e‑commerce strategies for its Novotel and Ibis hotels in the United Arab Emirates. The role will drive performance across direct and indirect digital channels, enhance brand visibility and support the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the annual digital marketing strategy and budget across all relevant channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, PR, F&B and Corporate Marketing to align digital initiatives with the overall commercial plan.
• Design and execute quarterly and yearly e‑commerce plans for direct booking platforms and third‑party distributors.
• Manage SEO/SEA, paid media, programmatic buying, display advertising, metasearch, social media, influencer partnerships and email/CRM campaigns.
• Monitor performance, analyse KPIs and ROI, and produce regular reports to inform decision‑making.
• Oversee content production to ensure brand‑consistent presence on key social platforms.
• Maintain rate parity and pricing integrity across all online distribution channels.

Required profile

• Minimum five years (≈60 months) of experience in digital marketing, preferably within hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional projects and work with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring ROI and optimizing campaigns.
