Cluster Head – Digital Customer Journeys

About the role

The Cluster Head – Digital Customer Journeys will lead the Advanced Analytics Centre of Excellence (CoE) for NeoX, driving AI/ML and analytics deliveries across multiple business functions. This senior position requires strong agile leadership to coordinate cross‑squad initiatives and ensure high‑impact outcomes for HR, Finance, Compliance, Operations, and Treasury.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of NeoX cross‑squad Analytics & AI/ML projects using agile methods.
• Create and operate a factory model for Advanced Analytics covering data ingestion, modelling, DevOps, and MLOps.
• Manage multiple delivery squads, optimise resources, and meet time‑bound delivery targets.
• Coordinate with NeoX squads and application technology teams to support seamless delivery.
• Engage stakeholders with effective communication and governance processes.
• Select appropriate AI/ML solutions and vendors to align with the CoE roadmap.
• Plan and control headcount, budget utilisation, and vendor services.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best‑practice adoption across business units.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale analytics or AI/ML delivery programmes.
• Strong background in agile team management and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and resource planning.
• Excellent communication skills to influence senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
