Cluster Human Resources Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

InterContinental Hotel & Residences Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Cluster Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across its hotel and residential properties. You will partner with senior leaders to shape a positive colleague experience while ensuring compliance with IHG standards and UAE labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR activities for InterContinental Abu Dhabi and InterContinental Residences Abu Dhabi.
• Collaborate with department heads on recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Drive colleague engagement, talent development, retention initiatives and learning programs.
• Monitor HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism and produce regular reports.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures and compliance with UAE labour law.
• Coach and develop the HR team to deliver high‑quality service.
• Support audits, welfare initiatives and other HR projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or Cluster HR Manager, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment and engagement.
• Good understanding of UAE labour legislation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
