CNC Operator – Machine Tool Specialist

About the role

The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC punching and bending machines to meet production targets. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards and quality specifications while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Select, install, and verify tooling according to production requirements.
• Load and verify CNC programs, configure machine parameters, and perform zero referencing before production.
• Monitor machine performance, identify and resolve malfunctions, and minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret 3rd‑angle projection mechanical drawings to manufacture components accurately.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Maintain 5S standards, follow HSE regulations, and keep the workstation hazard‑free.
• Support other departments and work assigned shifts to meet business needs.

Required profile

• Ability to read and write English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Understanding of technical drawings and ability to interpret 3rd‑angle projections.
• Demonstrated punctuality, integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
