Co-founder & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

About the role

NOXI is building conversational AI agents for the hospitality sector and seeks a commercial co‑founder to take the product to market. As Co‑founder & Chief Commercial Officer you will own the commercial function and share in the long‑term success of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with restaurant chains, quick‑service brands and other enterprise hospitality operators.
• Lead customer discovery, enterprise sales and partnership development.
• Identify opportunities, secure pilot customers and convert conversations into commercial contracts.
• Shape go‑to‑market strategy, pricing and commercial partnerships.
• Build a repeatable revenue engine from the ground up.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling B2B technology, SaaS, AI solutions or enterprise software.
• Ability to navigate business decision‑makers, develop commercial relationships and close deals.
• Comfortable building a commercial function from zero without a large team or established brand.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: create opportunities, learn from the market and turn an early‑stage idea into a business.
