Padel Operations & Business Development Executive – GCC (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is seeking a Padel Operations & Business Development Executive for the GCC region. The role is ideal for an Arabic‑speaking professional with experience in business development, sales and relationship management, preferably within the padel or sports‑technology sector. You will help expand the company’s presence across the GCC by introducing a digital solution that streamlines padel club operations and builds relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with padel clubs, multi‑club operators and sports/leisure investment groups across the GCC.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with club owners, operators and other decision‑makers.
• Promote and sell the digital application, delivering product demonstrations and negotiating contracts.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Develop a pipeline of prospective clients to meet agreed sales targets.
• Coordinate with the technical team to address client requirements and support demonstrations.
• Conduct regular client visits and travel across the UAE and wider GCC region.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings and emerging opportunities in the padel and sports‑technology sectors.
• Support client onboarding and ensure product adoption, customer satisfaction and long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Sports Management or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in padel club operations or sports/leisure management.
• Demonstrated success in sales, business development or commercial partnerships, preferably in sports, fitness, technology or SaaS.
• Established network of contacts with padel club owners, operators or sports‑leisure businesses in the UAE/GCC (highly desirable).
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Valid UAE driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the region.
