Coffee Host

About the role

The Coffee Host will deliver traditional Arabic hospitality by welcoming guests and serving Arabic coffee, dates and refreshments in a professional manner at Shangri‑La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Arabic coffee, dates and refreshments to guests and visitors.
• Welcome guests warmly, maintaining high standards of traditional Arabic hospitality and etiquette.
• Keep the coffee service area clean, organized and well‑stocked.
• Support VIP visits, meetings and special events with professional beverage service.
• Follow hygiene, safety and presentation standards while representing the hotel professionally.

Required profile

• Knowledge of traditional Arabic coffee service and hospitality customs.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
• Confidence interacting with VIP guests and senior management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Team‑oriented attitude with flexibility to work shifts, weekends and special events.
• Previous guest‑facing or hospitality experience preferred.
