About the role

The Food & Beverage Associate delivers a memorable dining experience for guests at Miral Experiences’ attractions. This role involves guiding guests through menu choices, ensuring high service standards, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide menu information.
• Answer questions, suggest food and beverage options, and upsell complementary items.
• Relay orders to the kitchen and serve courses in the correct sequence.
• Perform restaurant opening and closing procedures according to standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic dining area and adhere to health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Handle guest complaints courteously and apply recovery solutions.
• Comply with UAE laws, company grooming standards, and emergency procedures.
• Promote Miral Experiences’ brand image through professional conduct.
