Commercial Excellence Project Manager MEIAT

About the role

The Regional Commercial Excellence Project Manager will serve as the key liaison between headquarters and market teams across the Middle East, India, Africa and Turkey (MEIAT). You will drive the rollout and adoption of commercial initiatives, ensuring they are implemented smoothly and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the regional referent for the Continuous Improvement program, coordinating implementation, training boutique teams and managing escalated issues.
• Lead the adoption of commercial tools such as Traffic Counting and Match to Traffic, tracking deployment, performance and providing actionable insights.
• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to use Match to Traffic data for improving conversion rates and customer experience benchmarks.
• Animate the regional commercial community by managing the project calendar, communications, and fostering knowledge sharing across markets.
• Conduct regular visits to markets and boutiques to support teams and gather feedback.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree or business school education.
• Proven experience in retail, commercial excellence, operations or project management.
• Strong project management, organizational and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical mindset with solid reporting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
