About the role
Currie & Brown is seeking a Commercial Manager to support a mixed‑use development project in Abu Dhabi. The role involves delivering high‑quality service, driving successful outcomes for clients, and fostering a culture of innovation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide accurate cost advice and reporting to clients.
- Manage, lead and coordinate a team of cost, contracts and commercial managers in a live project environment.
- Analyse project data efficiently and set up workshops to achieve cost savings.
- Deliver high‑level strategic proposals and ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain effective communication and financial control across the project.
Required profile
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent and RICS chartered membership.
- 10‑15 years of technical delivery experience in a global construction consultancy.
- Pre‑ and post‑contract experience, with exposure to Middle‑East projects.
- Proven ability to lead commercial and contracts teams in live projects.
- Strong technical writing, client‑facing and communication skills.
