Commercial Real Estate Consultant – Dubai

About the role

CRC, part of the Betterhomes Group, is seeking a motivated Commercial Real Estate Consultant to join its Dubai team. You will work with investors, developers, business owners and tenants, providing strategic advice across office, retail, industrial and mixed‑use properties.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients in the commercial property market.
• Conduct market analysis and present tailored real‑estate solutions.
• Negotiate lease and sale agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal mentors and use premium tools to enhance performance.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience with a results‑driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a commission‑based environment.
• Valid UAE driving licence or ability to obtain one quickly.
• Fluency in English.
