Commercial Vice President

About the role

We are seeking a Vice President Commercial to lead enterprise‑wide revenue strategy for a premier entertainment, media and attractions group operating across the UAE. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will shape the commercial vision, build strategic distribution channels and expand the market footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall commercial strategy to drive growth across all channels.
• Lead corporate sales, B2B engagement, distribution, trade and sponsorship opportunities.
• Structure and negotiate large‑scale commercial agreements, strategic partnerships and new business constructs.
• Establish performance dashboards, sales pipeline governance and forecasting frameworks.
• Partner with marketing to align go‑to‑market plans, lead generation and brand conversion.
• Collaborate with strategy teams to integrate market intelligence into revenue optimization.
• Mentor senior commercial managers and build a high‑performance sales environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, commercial management, economics or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience with proven revenue growth and corporate partnership success.
• Background in entertainment, hospitality, theme parks, media or large diversified groups.
• Experience delivering within corporate change management or strategic consulting environments.
• Strong capability in structuring complex financial models, business cases and commercial agreements.
