Commis 3 – Outside Catering Kitchen

About the role
The Commis 3 supports the Outside Catering Kitchen by preparing ingredients, cooking, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This position works closely with the kitchen team to deliver high‑quality meals for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients, portion, chop, store, wash and peel fruits and vegetables.
- Measure, mix, and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
- Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers, and test foods for doneness.
- Prepare cold foods, set up and break down work stations, and serve food in proper portions.
- Maintain cleanliness by washing and disinfecting kitchen areas, tools, knives and equipment, and ensure correct temperatures.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related kitchen experience.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and perform physical tasks as described.
